Welcome to Gemz. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and shopping with us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell handmade and sourced jewellery. All products are sold subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

We accept payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Yoco, and/or other listed methods at checkout.

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)

4. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery in South Africa via PUDO, PAXI, or other available courier services.

Standard delivery fee: R60 (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 working days after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays once parcels are with the courier.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the personal information required to process your order and do not share your details with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfilment (e.g. courier services).
